    Responsible for working in the office to draw and design by using BIM.

    【Job description (details)】
    ‐ Get projects from HQ in Japan and communicate with them in Japanese (if possible)
    - Design architectural building by using Revit
    - Design according to instructions from HQ in Japan and submit it to leader or Japanese Manager
    - Creation of construction drawings using BIM
    - Development of architectural and structural models
    - Proposing coordination matters for BIM meetings
    - Other task will be assigned by manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    -Graduated from a university or college, majoring in Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering.
    -At least 2 years of Experience in Japanese architectural projects using Revit & BIM.
    -Experience in large-scale buildings (e.g., commercial buildings, offices) rather than residential housing.

    【Advantage】
    -Speak Japanese.
    -Having worked at Japanese construction companies.
    -Experience in Japan as Revit&BIM engineer.
