【Job Summary】
A trusted provider of advanced electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure solutions in Vietnam is looking for a Business Development Executive to lead new client acquisition and revenue growth, specifically with Chinese enterprises entering or expanding in Vietnam. We have been fulfilling customers’ energy, environment, and communication needs through comprehensive electrical and engineering services from system design and installation to maintenance for commercial buildings, industrial plants, and infrastructure projects. Our broad service offerings and technical expertise position us as a reliable partner for foreign investors and multinational companies in Vietnam.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying target accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives within the Chinese business community. You will play a vital role in shaping the company’s footprint in China-linked sectors by delivering tailored engineering and technical solutions that meet client needs and align with high standards of quality and performance.
【Responsibilities】
-Conduct targeted market research and identify business opportunities with Chinese investors, manufacturers, and developers in Vietnam.
-Prospect, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline of Chinese corporate leads.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and project stakeholders.
-Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and value-based solutions highlighting KINDEN Vietnam’s engineering capabilities.
-Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
-Collaborate with internal teams — engineering, project management, and operations — to ensure alignment on client expectations and delivery roadmaps.
-Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums relevant to Chinese enterprises and foreign direct investment in Vietnam.
-Report sales performance, market trends, competitive insights, and client feedback to senior management.
-Other related tasks.

【Must】
-Bachelor’s degree
-At least 3 years of sales experience(Any industry is ok)
-Japanese(N3 Advanced level)
