- Responsible for handling quality-related information and customer requirements, then coordinate with relevant departments for implementation and resolution.

- Primarily handle technical and design-related tasks; maintain a deep understanding of the company's manufacturing processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries/requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely execution.
- Consolidate data and prepare periodic reports for customers according to agreed deadlines.
- Work directly with customers, including readiness for business trips as required.
- Participate in R&D projects, trials, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

资格
应征条件
<MUST>
- College or Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Customer Service (CS).
- Communicate in English (basic level) and JLPT N3 or higher (Capable of handling daily and professional conversations)
- Strong teamwork, effective time management, and the ability to work under high pressure.
<SKILLS>
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
<PREFER>
- Prior experience in the Electronics industry is a strong plus.英文
