  【Job Summary】
  A Sourcing & Operations Manager is sought, a newly launched B2B MRO supplies business. The role requires strong sourcing and management experience, as well as the capability to contribute to the expansion of the business.
  
  【Job description】
  - Sourcing / Sourcing Management
  Identify and evaluate suppliers based on customer RFQs; assess delivery capability, market pricing, warranty terms, and obtain all required quotation details. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms. Oversee and support sourcing staff. Coordinate with Sales when clarifications are required from customers or suppliers.
  
  - Purchase Management
  Supervise and support purchase staff in checking prices, terms, and delivery schedules, and issuing POs after order confirmation. Provide guidance when negotiations or issues arise with suppliers regarding quality or delivery.
  
  - Logistics Management
  Oversee logistics staff who coordinate delivery from suppliers to the company warehouse and onward to customers, including repacking arrangements. Ensure smooth coordination with Sales, Purchasing, and logistics vendors.
  
  - Internal Operation Management
  Oversee GA staff in entering data into the accounting system and processing related documents for each transaction. Work with IT staff to understand and improve internal accounting and order management systems.
  
  - Customs Clearance Management
  Supervise Purchase/GA staff in coordinating with forwarders for export customs clearance procedures for EPE customers.
  
  - Order Processing & Delivery Coordination
  Manage tasks related to order handling, scheduling, and delivery after deals are confirmed.
  
  - Other Related Tasks
  Conduct research, prepare reports, and support operational requirements as needed.
  
  - Reporting & Presentation
  Prepare regular sales and operational reports and present them to management.
  
  - Strategy Planning & Execution
  Develop and implement procurement and operational strategies to achieve team targets.
  
  - Team Management & Development
  Manage and train team members; improve operational processes and enhance staff performance.
  
  - Cross-Department Collaboration
  Work closely with the MRO team, IT, HR/Admin, and other departments to improve operations and support related tasks.
