    【Job Summary】
    We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and promote our high-precision metal components both domestically and in regional export markets (primarily Japan and other Asian countries). This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills.

    【Job detail】
    - Oversee incoming inspection of raw materials, in-process inspection during machining/grinding, and final product inspections.
    - Implement and maintain quality control systems (e.g., First Article Inspection, Statistical Process Control, Non-Conformance Reporting).
    - Coordinate with production, engineering, and surface treatment teams to resolve quality issues and root cause analysis.
    - Monitor quality metrics (defect rates, rework rates, inspection yield, customer returns) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as reducing scrap, improving measurement accuracy, and optimizing QC workflows.
    - Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment (2D, 3D measuring machines, etc.) to maintain measurement integrity across the factory.
    - Support internal and external quality audits, including ISO certification processes and customer-specific quality assessments.
    - Facilitate training programs for QC staff on measurement techniques, inspection methods, and quality standards.
    - Collaborate with the export/logistics team to ensure quality compliance for products destined for international markets.

    【Requirement】
    ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial), Quality Management, or a related field.
    ・Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment; experience in precision machining, metal parts, or surface treatment is strongly preferred.

    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Basic level or English: Intermediate (Japanese is higher priority than English)
    - 3 or more years of working experience as a QC in metal-cutting companies.
