工作内容
- Oversee and manage general affairs across the company.
- Purchase and manage suppliers and assets.
- Operate company buses and manage external vendors.
- Draft contract and official documents that related suppliers.
- Handle expense and establish/ manage GA budgets.
- Work with gorvement, agencies, industrial park management about foreigners employees, safety food, canteen, etc
- Operate internal events such as Year End Party, Company Trip, Welfares, etc
- Manage Domitories and company houses.
- Handle sercutiry and safety management.
- Support enviromental and hygienee that related affairs.
- Others task will be asked by managers.
资格
应征条件
{MUST}
- Graduated from University
- English: Upper - Intermediate level (Prefer Ielts 6.0 +)
- More than 8 years as GA in manufacturing companies.
- Having at least 5 years as GA manager in manufacturing companies with size at least 700- 800 employees.
- Strong experience in manage canteen, company buses and handle visa, work permit for foreigners employees.
- Basic accounting knowledge and expense handling skill
- Good at Microsoft office
- Strong communication skill
- Can handle mutil tasks.
- High responsibility
- Detailed - Oriential.
- High awarness and data protection.
