  1. Production planning and organization
  - Develop a detailed production plan, in line with the business goals and resources of the company. Divide work, assign specific tasks to each employee in the production department.
  - Identify and manage the resources needed for production, including raw materials, machinery and personnel
  
  2. Production management and supervision
  - Closely monitor and supervise the production process to ensure progress, product quality and advice
  - Control product quality at different stages of the production process
  - Adjust the production plan when necessary to respond to incidents or changes in the process
  
  3. Manage costs and optimize production efficiency.
  - Control production costs, find solutions to minimize waste and optimize resource efficiency
