【Job Summary】We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Staff member to join our Japanese Sales Team at a leading provider of digital workplace solutions and office automation systems. In this role, you will work closely with both the Japanese team and our local Vietnamese operations to support the development and execution of sales strategies targeted at new clients and cross‐border business units based in Vietnam and the region. You will leverage your language skills, cultural understanding and sales acumen to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.【Responsibilities】-Engage with Japanese‐affiliated enterprises, and local companies to identify business opportunities in Vietnam and regional markets.-Qualify leads, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and progress deals through the sales cycle.-Prepare and deliver proposals, coordinate pricing/contract negotiation, and secure order finalization.-Maintain and develop existing client accounts to drive repeat business, upsells, and long‐term partnerships.-Act as the point of contact for Japanese‐speaking customers, coordinating with internal teams (technical support, operations, marketing) to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs—especially in the Japanese‐affiliated corporate segment in Vietnam—and provide feedback to the sales management team.-Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities targeting Japanese clients.-Maintain CRM and sales reporting systems—track progress, pipeline, forecasts, and outcomes, and report regularly to team leadership.-Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the region or customer segment.-Contribute to team development: share best practices, support training initiatives, and build a positive team culture bridging Vietnamese and Japanese teams.-Other related tasks【Benefits】-Competitive salary and performance‐linked bonus structure.-Opportunities for professional development, training (including Japanese language support if needed) and career progression in a multinational environment.-Multicultural, inclusive working environment combining Japanese corporate values and Vietnamese local dynamism.-13th‐month bonus (depending on company policy) and other standard company benefits (social insurance, health checks, etc.).-Travel opportunities and exposure to regional/international business.-Friendly and supportive team atmosphere, with mentorship and cross‐functional collaboration.-Working in a modern, digitally-driven company that values sustainability and social contribution.
