工作内容
Employee Relations Management Act as the primary contact point for receiving and resolving employee complaints, inquiries, andconcerns. Conduct investigations related to policy violations, workplace conflicts, and misconduct. Collaborate with line managers to provide guidance and recommendations on handling ERissues. Maintain employee feedback channels: voice-of-employee activities, hotline, etc.Labor Law Compliance Monitor the implementation of company policies, work rules, and collective labor agreements(CLA). Update and communicate new regulations regarding labor law, social insurance, andoccupational safety. Prepare documentation and support labor inspections and interactions with governmentauthorities.Disciplinary Actions & Misconduct Handling Participate in investigations, collect statements/evidence, and propose appropriate disciplinaryactions. Draft meeting minutes, disciplinary decisions, and maintain proper documentation incompliance with legal requirements. Ensure the disciplinary process is fair, transparent, and aligned with company procedures andthe law.Risk Management & Labor Case Tracking Track ER cases based on risk levels and follow up on progress. Propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence and improve workplace processes. Prepare periodic ER reports for the HR Manager and Management Board.Policy Development & Improvement Contribute to the review, update, and development of labor-related internal policies. Communication policy changes to employees and managers to ensure full understanding andcompliance.Company Culture & Employee Engagement Coordinate employee engagement programs, satisfaction surveys, and pulse surveys.
