【Job Summary 】We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Staff member to join our newly established automotive parts sales division. This role is focused on developing new business, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our automotive parts market in Vietnam and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to work cross-functionally.【Responsiblities】-New Business Development-Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the automotive industry.-Sales activities for existing products (seasonal home appliances: electric carpet, electric blanket, throw blanket, summer cooling blanket)-Account Management-Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers; understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions.-Quotation & Negotiation-Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms (price, delivery, payment) to close deals.-Order Management-Coordinate the order-to-delivery process, working with internal teams (logistics, production, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction.-Market Research-Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demands to identify opportunities for growth.-Sales Forecasting & KPI track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key KPIs. Provide accurate sales forecasts.-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, quality assurance, and logistics departments to resolve technical issues, ensure product quality, and meet delivery timelines.-After-Sales Follow-Up: Serve as a point of contact for customers after sales, ensuring service issues and quality concerns are addressed.-Technical Knowledge: Understand the specifications and applications of automotive parts to provide informed advice to customers.-Other related tasks. 【Attractive point】-Opportunity to be part of a growing, newly established sales division.-Career development and professional growth in a global company.-Collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic working environment.
