<Job Summary>
One of our clients, which is a very famous Japanese construction firm, is now looking for a Leasing & Marketing Senior Executive.
Main responsibility is executing sales activity with following the Leasing & Marketing Manager.
Candidate will be reporting to the Manager of Leasing & Marketing.
<Job description (details)>
- Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces of Taisei Square Hanoi;
- Conduct site visits to prospective tenants;
- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants;
- Manage SNS for advertisements for the building (i.e facebook, zalo, linkedin, etc);
- Propose marketing ideas and prepare marketing materials to discuss with manager;
- Follow up with tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support accounting
department in collecting rental payment (if necessary);
- Other tasks as required by line manager.
资格
应征条件
<Must>
- Bachelor degree(real estate, marketing, law, foreign trade, foreign language, business administration are preferrable)
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Having more than 5 years of working experience in a construction field including at least 2 years working experience in Leasing & Marketing Senior Executive
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point
- Sensitive, quickly grasping tenants' psychology and emotions
- Able to work independently or in groups under high pressure
- Have basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to real estate

- Have basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to real estate
- Understand about the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. Experience in reviewing tenant’s comments and proposed amendment of the rental terms and conditions
- Understand about the real estate market and other factors affecting to real estate
- Experience in Working in MNC firms such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese
- Japanese speaking will be a great advantage to talk with Japanese staff and clients
- Sensitive, quickly grasping tenants' psychology and emotions
- Able to work independently or in groups under high pressure英文
