  Responsibility for Production Control Staff cum Interpreter(Vietnamese-Chinese)
  
  [Job description]
  Production Control:
  - Manage daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
  - Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments (planning, QC, warehouse, etc.).
  - Ensure inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
  - Prepare production reports, analyze bottlenecks, and support process improvement initiatives.
  - Handle customer order follow-up and ensure on-time delivery.
  Chinese Interpretation & Translation:
  - Translate technical documents, SOPs, production instructions, and reports from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
  - Assist in meetings, trainings, and quality control discussions that require Chinese language support.
  - Receive and accurately convey production-related instructions from the Chinese factory to the local team.
  - The other tasks were assigned by the Japanese Manager.
