  One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for a PE Leader.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Improve production line efficiency and reduce costs.
  - Standardize manufacturing processes and optimize workflows.
  - Implement quality improvement measures to reduce defect rates.
  - Select, introduce, and set up new production equipment.
  - Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules.
  - Respond quickly to equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis.
  - Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks.
  - Manage KPIs such as production efficiency, uptime, and defect rates.
  - Adjust and manage production schedules.
  - Implement measures to ensure worker safety.
  - Collaboration with Other Departments
  - Work closely with manufacturing, quality control, and design departments to enhance productivity.
  - Other tasks assigned by the manager.
