  - Check products and keep records to make sure they meet quality standards
  - Improve quality checks in production or development
  - Find the cause of problems and suggest ways to fix and prevent them
  - Follow company and legal quality rules
  - Write and manage quality reports and documents
  - Help with internal and external audits (like ISO)
  - Make and update work instructions and manuals
  - Work with production, development, and purchasing teams
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager
