One of our clients, which is a trading company, is looking for a sales staff
【Job detail】
- New business development (70%) and existing client sales (30%).
- Engage in product proposals to new clients via calls, emails, and on-site visits.
- (The company provides resources for new client development, so no need to worry about sourcing leads.)
- Conduct approximately 10-11 client visits per week (2-3 visits per day).
- Most clients are Japanese companies.
- The company currently serves 250-300 existing clients, aiming to expand to 500 next fiscal year.
- Propose solutions to a wide range of industries, including banks, factories, and offices.
- Handle deals ranging from tens of thousands to 20-30 million JPY.
- (Example: Large-scale LED installations for entire factories are high-value contracts.)
- Minimal overtime (about 1 hour per day at most), and no strict sales quotas.

应征条件
【Must】
- Japanese: N1 level
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (industry not specified).
- Willingness to take on new business development.
- Comfortable with outside sales, as some employees spend up to 4 days a week on field visits.
【Advantage】
- Experience in sports clubs during high school or university.
- Experience in cold calling or new client acquisition.
- Sales experience in energy-saving products.
- Sales experience at a trading company.
- Sales experience in intangible products/services.
- English proficiency: Conversational level.
