  【Job Summary】
  Seeking motivated and detail-oriented Site Support Engineers to provide technical and documentation support for large-scale construction projects in Japan.
  This role is designed for professionals who want to develop specialized expertise while engaging in international collaboration with Japanese project teams.
  
  As a Site Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of construction drawings, performing analysis based on project requirements, and ensuring that technical specifications are accurately communicated between Vietnam and Japan. You will work closely with Japanese engineers and project managers, often in Japanese language, which makes this an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong Japanese proficiency to leverage their skills in a technical environment.
  
  This position is desk-based in Vietnam; you will not be required to travel to construction sites.
  The work demands high technical accuracy, proficiency in CAD tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  -Create and revise 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design tools.
  -Review construction drawings, ensuring alignment with as-built conditions.
  -Conduct technical analysis, including concrete mixture design and other project-related calculations.
  -Communicate daily with Japanese project teams in Japanese, ensuring smooth information exchange.
  -Organize and manage project documentation, including site photos and reports, and deliver them to project teams.
  -Support multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
  -Collaborate with colleagues and managers in Vietnam to optimize workflows and maintain accuracy.
  -Other related tasks.
