【Job Detail】
- After hearing the basic conditions from the client, we draw the basic design and detail design of the building in compliance with the Vietnamese regulations and fire code on the site.
- The scale of the building to be designed is usually around 10,000 to 20,000 square meters in total floor area.
- Coordination of drawings with structural and M&E designers
- The other tasks assigned by the Vietnamese leader.
资格
应征条件
＜Must＞
- Bachelor's degree.
- English: Intermediate level.
- Must be able to use 3D CAD.
- Must have a minimum of 5 projects or 5 years of experience as the main design architect for a Project.
- Have architectural practice certificates - Chứng chỉ hành nghề kiến trúc (hạng 1)
- Familiar with Vietnam's building code (QCVN) and fire code.
- Must be able to coordinate drawings with structural and M&E designers.
＜Prefer＞
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
- Having working experience in Japan, or Japanese company in Vietnam.英文
