    【Job Summary】
    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Cosmetics Specialist to join our innovative team in our group.
    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic science and a passion for developing new cosmetic formulations. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the cosmetics industry by self-research or connecting with our RD members of headquarters and other branches to exchange information.

    【Job Details】
    - New formulation development: Develop new cosmetic formulations, including skincare, haircare, and makeup products, ensuring they meet company standards and customer needs.
    - Modify the original formulation from Japan to meet local conditions.
    - Conduct thorough research on new ingredients, raw materials, and technologies. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products.
    - Testing and Evaluation: Evaluate new materials from suppliers, and create new testing data to
    support sales activities.
    - Collaboration: Work closely with RD in Japan and the sales team locally to ensure the formula construction by customer needs and product distribution rights.
    - Responsible for operating the laboratory.
    - Responsible for sample sending to the customers (collaborate with part-time staff).

资格

  • 任职资格

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields such as Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or other related sciences.
    - English: Intermediate level: Ability to read and understand scientific reports, research documents, and write reports in English.
    - At least 3 years of experience in the cosmetics R&D field.
    - Experience in developing formulas from the concept stage to finalizing the formulation.
    - Deep understanding of cosmetic ingredients and market trends.
    - Ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information to apply to research and formulation development.
    - Practical laboratory skills, including build formulation, testing, and optimization of formulas quality.
    - Proficiency in using laboratory equipment.
