- Petty cash management, issue a receipt & invoice
- Do monthly reports, and internal reports as required
- Classification and storage of accounting records according to regulations.

<Job summary>You will be in charge of accounting, general administration, sales support, and customs clearance tasks at our Hanoi office. While our core accounting functions are currently outsourced to an external professional firm, you will serve as the essential internal window and main person in charge, managing day-to-day data and coordinating with the agency to ensure smooth back-office operations.<Detail>1. Internal Accounting & Admin Support- Manage daily internal accounting tasks (sorting vouchers, petty cash management, invoice verification, etc.).- Act as the primary point of contact for the external accounting outsourcing vendor, preparing and providing necessary financial data.- Track and manage schedules for monthly and annual financial closing.- Handle accounts receivable/payable, issuing invoices, and confirming payments.2.
