  Responsible for working as a Sales Manager
  
  【Job description (details)】
  1. Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team:
  2. Independent sales activities
  - Present, promote and sell the products
  - Follow up potential customers
  3. Government affairs in terms of after sales activities
  - Conduct legal procedures for customer’s investment license
  - Build and maintain relationship with the related government officers
  4. Coaching and monitoring performance of staffs in the section
  5. Prepare and update sales reports of the projects and submit to head of division quarterly
  6. Develop and maintain sales tools (presentation file, brochure etc.)
  7. Working with legal department to update and revise standard form of agreements
  8. Develop sales plan including budget in the section
  9. Set up KPI and evaluate performance of staffs in the section
  10. Support PR and CSR activities to Marketing and RM section teams
  11. Submit quarter report to head of department
  12. Other tasks assigned by head of department
