【業務内容】
1. 営業チームを管理し、売上目標を達成する
2. 単独での営業活動
- 製品のプレゼンテーション、プロモーション、販売
- 潜在顧客のフォローアップ
3. アフターセールス活動における政府関連業務
- 顧客の投資許可に関する法的手続きの実施
- 政府関係者との関係構築・維持
4. 担当部署のスタッフの指導およびパフォーマンスのモニタリング
5. プロジェクトの売上報告書を作成・更新し、四半期ごとに上司に提出する
6. 営業ツール(プレゼンテーションファイル、パンフレット等)の作成と管理
7. 法務部門と協力し、標準契約書の更新・改訂を行う
8. セクション内の予算を含む販売計画の策定
9. KPIを設定し、セクションのスタッフのパフォーマンスを評価する
10. マーケティングおよびRMセクションチームへのPRおよびCSR活動のサポート
11. 四半期報告書を部長に提出
12. その他、部門長より指示された業務

【必須条件】
・4年制大学卒業の方
・日本語:ネイティブ
・英語:ビジネスレベル(社内コミュニケーション及びクライアントとのやり取り)
・最低7年以上のマーケティングおよび営業経験をお持ちの方
・B2Bの営業経験がある方(日系、中華系、台湾系、韓国系)

・韓国語もしくは中国語が話せる方英文
