One of our clients, which is a Japanese Waste Consulting firm, is now looking for an Admin Staff.
You will be reporting to the Japanese Director.
【What you will be working on】
-Translating the documents from Vietnamese to English and Vice versa
-Interpreting English communication during Client Meetings
-Creating Documents such as sales proposals, and contracts in English
-Being Trained by a Vietnamese Manager via Skype or Phone call
-Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by the Japanese manager
资格

<Must>
-Education level: Educated from Top Universities for English such as Hanoi National Economics University and Hanoi University
-English: Advanced level
-Fresher welcome
-Proficient in Microsoft Office especially using Word
<Prefer>
-Experience in Admin, and sales assistant will be an advantageous英文
