  【Job Summary】
  - Ensure the safety and environmental matters in the factory comply with Vietnamese and international standards and regulations.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Establish internal regulations on Occupational Safety and Environment to ensure that the factory’s operations comply with Vietnamese and international standards and regulations.
  - Develop a database on compliance requirements on Occupational Safety and Environment.
  - Coordinate with related Departments to conduct the compliance inspection and assessment of Occupational Safety and Environment.
  - Build up a yearly budget for Occupational Safety and Environment operations. Develop cost reduction initiatives.
  - Establish and execute the training plan on Occupational Safety and Environment.
  - Supervise the waste treatment of the company (water, sludge, garbage, dust from the boiler,…) to ensure compliance with internal and law regulations.
  - Update new legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Environment.
  - Make reports on Occupational Safety and Environment as required by regulations.
  - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
