    We are planning to increase our business near future, so we are looking for Marketing Assistant Manager who also can work as Guest Relations Staff.

    ★Responsibility
    - Customer service in Hall to increase much more Regulars （Mainly for Korean and Western, Chinese etc..）
    - Back-office market research to increase customer base

    ★Job detail
    - Understanding, checking and controlling all Marketing promotions on Club.
    - Checking and correcting data between system and others.
    - Checking all benefits for customers and service customer
    - Monitoring and controlling, assigning tasks to staff to ensure
    that they can do their job and perform as per company standards.
    - Other duties assigned by higher-rank leadership.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Can communicate in Korean or Chinese. (with the customer.)
    - Having more than 2 years of customer service experience.
    - English intermediate level
    - Able to work as a shift

    <Prefer>
    - Having experience in hotels or restaurants.
