Perform tasks related to the Sales department1.1 Regarding real estate sales management and implementation:- Research, plan and evaluate the market and competitors to make recommendations to the company's Board of Directors on sales strategies suitable for the actual market situation.- Evaluate and adjust plans to suit the actual situation, market and set goals.- Participate in building and planning strategies, plans, and training for sales.- Develop budgets and work plans for departments related to product selling prices, sales policies, and project sales promotion programs.- Manage and organize activities related to product management and sales.- Manage and organize business activities related to linking distribution units.- Operate sales showrooms.1.2. Regarding pre- and post-sales customer care and search- Search and exploit customers to serve the business activities of the Project.- Collect feedback from customers and propose possible changes and improvements.- Strengthen and develop cooperative relationships with potential and close customers.- Manage data, monitor, care for and update customer information via email,phone or face-to-face meetings. Care for and resolve customer feedback.3.
