【業務内容】
・日系顧客に対する損害保険の更新案内および維持管理。
・新規進出企業に対する各種保険の提案営業。
・既存顧客への定期訪問によるリスクコンサルティングの実施。
・保険契約に関する見積書の作成および契約手続きの管理。
・事故発生時の受付対応および保険金支払い部門との調整。
・日本人駐在員およびローカルスタッフとの円滑な連携。
・顧客企業の事業内容に応じたオーダーメイドの保険プラン策定。
・市場動向や競合情報の収集およびレポート作成。
・代理店を通じた営業活動のサポートおよび管理。
・社内の各専門部署(アンダーライティング・損害サービス等)との協議。
・その他付随する業務。

【必須要件】
・四大卒以上
・3年以上の法人営業をお持ちの方
・英語:社内コミュニケーションレベル
【優遇条件】
・損保業界もしくはその他金融業界(銀行・証券・保険関連等)における3年以上の営業業務経験有りの方
・ベトナム在住者、もしくはベトナムでの勤務経験をお持ちの方
・リーダー職やマネージャー職でマネジメント経験をお持ちの方英文
