工作内容
One of our Japanese clients, which provides Property development, is now looking for Project Staff.
【What you will be working on】
-Proceeding new Project of Property Development
-Creating a Business Scheme of the project
-Checking Legal matter of the project
-Calculation of earnings and expenses of the project
-Negotiation with the companies that will be bought (How many % of the Stock will be in which company, who will be the Executive, etc)
-Translation / Interpretation with English and Japanese, Vietnamese.
-Investigate business conditions of the shopping center (sales amount, rental income, management costs, customer trends, etc.)
资格
应征条件
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Japanese Speaking (Above N3 level) is crutial to work with Japanese.
- At least around 2-3 years experience in Business Development, preferably in the Property Development, Banking, Consultanting, Trading industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)英文
