    - Responsible for handling GA tasks and IT support, supporting GA Manager
    - Preparing work permits, documents for Japanese staffs
    - Translating documents, Interpret for meeting, events, ect....
    - Make an internal document, have MTG with HQ related to company's license
    - Managing Internet server, Infrastructure, and Company's system
    - Troubleshooting related to IT
    - Setting up PC, Copy Machine, or related equipment
    - Correspondence with IT Vendor to manage all system related to IT
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - At least 2 years experience as GA staff
    - Have working experience related to IT (Setting up PC, communicate with IT vendor, etc.)
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate AND English: Intermediate

    <Advantage>
    - Have working experience in Japanese company
