  - Work in the Factory which Outsourcing company for first 1 year in HCM or nearby
  - This position will be a manager candidate in QC department in the future
  - Training in Japan for half a year in 2020, have business trip to Japan several times per year
  - Daily tasks (Quality control of Food, Collection of quality information, Holding a quality meeting, Operation of customer's claim or complain)
  - Supplier quality control
  - Negotiate with factory side if need
  - Internal quality improvement
  - Communicate with Japanese staff in the office to report daily task (in Japanese)
  - Report task to Japan HQ
  - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
