【Hiring Reason】
- Current manager(Female / Age: 32 / Salary: 1200USD / Only English) will resign at the end of this month. Because of her son's sick.
- They have 1 HR Assisntant staff(Female / Age: 28 / Only English). But she can handle Payroll and Social Insurance tasks.
- They need manager who can handle Organization Development, Training, Employee Relation and Evaluation.
- Now they are evaluating for all employee from each leaders, but Japanese manager want HR manager to make an objective evaluation.
- To evaluate for all employee, they are thinking that need to communicate well with all employee.

【Job Summary】
- Firstly you will work as Leader, and 4 month later might be Manager level depends on performance.
- Find their problem about evaluate for all employee and the other things
- Go around among all employee and communicate(To collect evaluation materials).
- Develop employee evaluation system(already have the system)
- Advice for Japanese manager about Changing the company personnel.
- Think and take action by yourself.
- Check and update labor law.
- Contact with HR agency.
- Have a training after candidates join
