<Job Summary>This company is an electronics and components trading company headquartered in Osaka, Japan.The company is also involved in the development, manufacture, and sale of original products such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment and switching power supplies.<Product>Electronic Components & Assembly Products, Semiconductors, Embedded Systems, Power Supply Equipment, Imaging Equipment & Components, Information Systems, Semiconductor & FPD Manufacturing Equipment, Electronic Component Manufacturing Equipment<Job description (details)>- Visit customers and listen to their needs- Proposals to customers based on their needs (from products handled by the company)- Understand product knowledge and fully advise customers- Ensure customer care service, maintain and develop customer relationships- Receive and handle customer complaints about product and service quality, report to direct management for timely handling- Quotation and trade practice- Delivery coordination and management- Follow-up with customers regarding usage conditions, etc.- Attend sales visits and provide interpretation (Japanese or English ⇔ Vietnamese)- Attendance at exhibitions and other events, information gathering- Attendance at installation of equipment and machinery- Other tasks will asked by Japanese Manager- Handling business trips in Vietnam and Japan<Company/Job Attraction>- The company is newly established, so career progression is fast- As a start-up member, candidate can be involved in the launch of the company.- Parent company is one of the famous trading company in Japan- This company handles many products and can have relationships with many different industries- You can contribute to company's growth- Able to work in English and Japanese
