  - Translation & interpreting for directors, departments (meetings, internal work exchange, customer correspondence, internal document translation ...)
  - Collect information related to Real estate and Architect by using your own experience and provide information to customers
  - Sales support for Japanese Director, and sometimes visit customer with him
  - Schedule the reception, management schedule of Japanese experts and customers to work
  - Reminds the director
  - Help the Director to receive guests at home and abroad
  - Other related work required by the Director
