  1. Checking if projects follow the law and regulations in construction
  2. Providing technical guidance to junior staff according to the rule
  
  <Job detail>
  1) Be responsible for planning, developing and executing technical documentation
  which may include interpreting, organizing and coordinating project team
  assignments
  2) Direct and coordinate production of feasibility study, conceptual design,
  schematic design and design development and construction documents in
  collaboration with Project Manager.
  3) Perform construction administration duties (e.g., document site visits, process
  submittals, substitute requests, RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc.)
  4) Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical
  and design challenges
  5) Work with engineering consultants throughout design and construction phases
  6) Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight
  7) Work hard, play hard and learn a lot along the way
