Job Description
• Place of work: Most of project in HCM
• Displacement, estimation, completion of bids under the MEP
• To manage and develop a pricing database for materials and materials on the MEP
• Studying technical documents, contracts with investors, contracts with subcontractors, cost estimates of works to carry out the work of payment for MEP
• Calculating, comparing, and contrasting the volume between the statement of the volume of work performed in the field with the mass according to the design of the MEP part
• Timely reflecting the results of the calculation to the Board of Directors when there is a difference, the difference in actual volume and design
• A set of relevant legal documents, payment conditions and aggregate volume, price to advance, payment to the contractor in accordance with the project.
• The volume of work to be done, based on general conditions and specific conditions of the project, shall serve as a basis for submission of the completed work volume and final settlement of the project.

Qualifications
Requirement
- Degree: at least Bachelor Degree in Construction and Civil Engineering; Obtained a Valuation Engineer certificate
- Experience : at least 5 years of experience in QS MEP, project management, have been involved in high rise buildings, apartment complexes - offices - commercial centers, workshops, villas, guest. The priority is given to projects with foreign elements.
Skill:
• Computer literacy in office and specialized software: AutoCad, MS Project, Estimation Software.
• English proficiency in four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing to work internal & with Client
• There is a high sense of responsibility
• Good communication and problem solving skills
