  - Use architecture software, such as IJ CAD, 3D Max, 2D, Photoshop...to design, gather and check technical database, complete the drawings of apartment...
  - Response the clients via phone, email....
  - Check detailed design drawings
  - Manage the design documents of company
  - Do the other work under the direction of the Board of Directors

  - Learn from the beginning (technical, software, Japanese)
  - Learn Japanese construction law
  - Learn Japanese construction software (JW Cad)
  - Must graduated from Architect major (have space imagination, artistic eye)
  - Most project in Japanese , 1 recent year open new project in VN with some villas, dormitory..)
  - Use 3D max, design, draw
  - JWCad only 1 week to learn
  - Japanese N3 (four skills)
  - Test space imagination, EQ, technical
  - Need to understand about structure, infrastructure to check the drawings
  - The drawing will include all items (electric, water, design…)
