  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a Production Control Staff. The firm is expanding its operational team to handle increasing production volume. The candidate will oversee production scheduling, inventory control, and factory coordination.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Monitor daily manufacturing schedules and production lines to ensure on-time delivery
  -Coordinate with factory supervisors and production teams to maintain product quality
  -Manage raw material stock levels, inventory control, and order forecasting
  -Analyze production data using Excel functions and Pivot Tables for efficiency tracking
  -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review
  -Communicate production status and technical requirements with Japanese management
  -Troubleshoot manufacturing bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans
  -Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams for smooth material supply
  -Support factory operations to meet monthly target outputs
  -Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines and quality standards
  -Optimize production processes to minimize waste and operational costs
  -Other related duties as assigned
