  ＜Job summary＞

The firm is seeking a dedicated practitioner to oversee production setup, line optimization, and daily machinery operations.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Operate vacuum forming and plastic molding machinery on the factory floor directly
  -Support technical line setup, trial runs, and molding parameter adjustments for production runs
  -Implement continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and daily output speed
  -Oversee daily shop floor manufacturing processes and monitor operational safety protocols
  -Collaborate with factory leadership to build and optimize efficient manufacturing workflows
  -Perform daily troubleshooting and routine maintenance on vacuum forming production machinery
  -Coordinate closely with internal Japanese-speaking staff to manage floor operations
  -Maintain neat organization and strict safety standards across all active work areas
  -Drive operational efforts to eliminate defect rates during active production processes
  -Other related duties as assigned
