  1. Sales Team Management, Training, and Development
  - Directly manage the sales team, allocate sales targets, and monitor KPI progress on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure targets are met.
  - Provide hands-on training and field coaching (accompanying sales staff) to guide customer engagement methods, propose technical solutions, and enhance skills in closing key deals.
  - Manage customer relationships and credit (control credit limits and manage accounts receivable risks).
  - Pre-screen dossiers, documents, and operational procedures before submission to the Sales Manager for approval.
  2. Sales Strategy Implementation
  - Ensure domestic sales targets are met and maintain relationships with key clients.
  - Expand the customer base and develop outreach plans targeting various types of food processing plants.
  3. Export Operations Support
  - Coordinate with export staff to handle export orders and projects.
  - Manage key export clients and oversee the progress of order fulfillment.
