    Global Responsibilities

    * Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse Departments
    * Spend at least 30% of working time in production to drive process improvements
    * Set and monitor monthly goals for direct reports and submit results to General Director Asia
    * Control annual Budget, negotiate with key teams, and drive cost reduction
    * Review monthly performance and recommend performance allowances
    * Supervise 5S System and manage Human Resources & Positions
    * Lead production investment projects, including machinery and Cost/Benefit Analysis

    Department Specific Responsibilities

    1. Production Department

    * Plan production according to Import & Export Schedule
    * Monitor daily Production KPIs and standard production times
    * Analyse production costs and drive cost reduction
    * Improve material / finished goods flow between Warehouse & Production

    2. Material Planning & Purchasing

    * Maintain weekly Material Resource Plan and manage material purchasing
    * Supervise coffee purchases and provide accurate material forecasts to Company Poland
    * Prepare and submit coffee demand forecasts to General Director Asia

    3. Quality Department

    * Lead Quality Claim investigations and ensure responses within 24h
    * Conduct Root Cause Analysis / 5 Why and supervise corrective actions
    * Monitor daily quality performance and proactively identify quality risks

    4. Maintenance Department

    * Reduce production headcount through technological / organisational improvements
    * Conduct quarterly machinery & maintenance inventory control

    5. Maintenance & Plant Management

    * Approve Maintenance purchases < USD 5,000 and recommend purchases > USD 5,000
    * Develop Maintenance skills, training, and spare parts management
    * Monitor repair frequency/time and identify solutions for recurring issues
    * Monitor electricity & water usage and drive cost-saving measures

    6. Warehouse Department

    * Reduce Warehouse costs through headcount, loading/unloading, and space optimisation
    * Manage Warehouse team skills and responsibilities
    * Ensure accurate goods inflow/outflow and material transfer records
    * Improve Warehouse–Production material flow and shift-based transfer processes

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    - Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and discuss technical and operational matters with foreign management and overseas colleagues.
    - Additional qualifications in Production Management, Maintenance Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management are an advantage.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and a management position overseeing Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, or related functions.
    - Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and improving production, maintenance, and warehouse performance.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience in food, coffee, beverage, FMCG, or other process/manufacturing industries is preferred.
