  One of our clients, which is a leading Japanese telecom and ICT provider offering comprehensive ICT solutions, is now looking for an Internal IT Engineer
  
  【What you will be working on】
  
  - Solution Consulting
  - Project Implementation & Management
  - Operation & Maintenance on premium customers
  - Maintain Customer Relationship
  - Support Customer issues in SLA, responsibility with best effort
  - Give improvement in IT system and internal process
  - Able to consult & compose IT solution based on customer requirement, take care Middle/Large Projects from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales phases.
  - Keep project quality by managing & coordinating vendor(s) works.
  - Support and maintain customer relationship in assigned customers as Customer Manager role.
  - Lead, give advice other junior engineers and support them in their project implementation.
  - Able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely
