  【Job Summary】
  A prestigious Japanese manufacturing company is currently seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Staff member to join their team. The company is well-regarded for its high-quality products and engineered solutions, serving both Japanese and global clients. As this is a newly created position, the successful candidate will become the first local sales staff member within the department, working closely with the expatriate management team to drive business growth.
  
  In this role, you will support the Japanese Sales Manager, who currently leads all business development and client relations. You will be responsible for handling inquiries from English and Japanese-speaking clients, managing accounts, and potentially traveling overseas for business.   【Responsibilities】
  -Support the Japanese Sales Manager in daily sales activities and account management.
  -Respond to and manage business inquiries from global clients in English and Japanese.
  -Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
  -Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  -Coordinate business entertainment and networking activities with clients in the Hanoi region.
  -Handle sales documentation, quotations, and contract negotiations under management guidance.
  -Monitor international market trends and maintain responsiveness across different time zones.
  -Prepare for and participate in future international business trips, including to Europe and America.
  -Facilitate communication and bridge interactions between Japanese management, global clients, and factory teams.
