  - The Marine Expert acts as a senior technical advisor responsible for overseeing the operation of offshore service vessels and specialized marine assets. The role ensures all marine activities within projects strictly adhere to international maritime standards, ensuring safety, environmental protection, and operational efficiency

  - Operational Oversight: Organize and supervise vessel operations to ensure maritime safety, security, and environmental pollution prevention.
  - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with international conventions (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS) and Vietnamese maritime laws.
  - Technical Consultancy: Provide expert advice on the management, operation, and maintenance of marine vessels, particularly those serving the oil and gas industry.
  - Negotiation & Representation: Lead technical and commercial negotiations with international partners, ship owners, and classification societies (ABS, DNV, VR).
  - Project Management: Conduct frequent site visits (onshore and offshore) to handle complex operational issues and support project execution both domestically and overseas.
  - Risk Assessment: Review and approve marine procedures, including towing, mooring, and offshore installation campaigns.
