  【Job Summary】
  Our client, a subsidiary of a prestigious Japanese general contractor, is seeking a skilled Architectural CAD Operator to support our growing portfolio of industrial projects. This role focuses on delivering high-precision architectural drawings for factories and plants, ensuring that Japanese quality standards are met at every stage of the design process.
  They are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is proficient in modern BIM tools and possesses a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will work closely with structural designers to transform complex concepts into executable plans, contributing to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure and industrial facilities in Vietnam
  
  【Job Detail】
  - Prepare and modify basic site plans, design drawings, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
  - Develop 3D models and architectural drawings using Revit (BIM).
  - Update and adjust drawings based on feedback from structural engineers and designers.
  - Attend internal meetings to coordinate drawing adjustments and resolve design conflicts.
  - Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
  - Assist in the preparation of technical documents and reports using MS Office.
  - Manage and archive drawing versions systematically.
  - Support the engineering team in verifying material quantities from drawings.
  - Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
