  【Job Summary】
  Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revit & BIM Manager (Deputy Manager level) to join a growing team within the construction and engineering industry. This role plays a critical part in driving Building Information Modeling (BIM) excellence across architectural and construction projects, with a particular focus on Revit-based workflows and family creation for construction drawings.
  
  As a BIM professional, you will be responsible for overseeing BIM execution, managing Revit modeling standards, and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project requirements and international best practices. You will work closely with both local teams and overseas stakeholders, particularly Japanese counterparts, requiring effective communication skills in Japanese (minimum N2 level). The role involves not only hands-on technical work but also leadership responsibilities, with the potential to step into a Deputy Manager function depending on performance and
  capability.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Develop, manage, and maintain BIM standards and workflows for architectural and construction projects.
  -Create and manage Revit families, especially for construction drawing purposes.
  -Oversee Revit modeling processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  -Collaborate with internal teams and overseas stakeholders to align project requirements.
  -Communicate effectively in Japanese via email and, where possible, verbal discussions.
  -Support project teams in resolving BIM-related technical issues.
  -Train and mentor junior BIM engineers to enhance team capabilities.
  -Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.
  -Coordinate with design and engineering teams to optimize model integration.
  -Continuously improve BIM processes and adopt new technologies where applicable.
  -Potentially take on Deputy Manager responsibilities, including team supervision and reporting.
