    <Job summary>
    This is a Marketing and Business Development Executive role for a leading Japanese precision equipment manufacturer. The position is responsible for driving the company’s expansion in the Vietnam market through a blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on operational support. Key responsibilities include market research on local regulations/bids, strategic 5-year planning, and on-site supervision of product installation. Furthermore, the role involves significant leadership duties, including team management, task assignment, and professional development of local staff.

    <Detail>
    - When we will visit "users / dealers" who may use our products, assist of meeting by interpreting (Viet -English or Viet - Japanese), making agenda and summary in English (or Japanese), or making appointment/ meeting letter in Vietnamese.
    - Investigate possible market and its specification requirements with local regulation/limitation in Vietnam.
    - Searching for laws or bid information through the Internet, also create reports by using a PC.
    - Access potential clients/Vietnamese partners from the market to verify their requirements.
    - Attend supervising job at site of product installation and commissioning to confirm product suitability for Vietnamese market
    - Making list by Excel/Word in accordance with manager's instruction and also Maintain documents.
    - Periodical post mailing to clients.
    - Create Weekly, Monthly business report in English or Japanese.
    - Guidance to team member including report check, revise and approval.
    - Schedule management of team mate including assigning tasks.
    - Arrange educational plan for team member.
    - Issue strategic 5 years marketing plan and annual report.
    - Reporting each market annual demand by the updated lists with product base.
    - Manage and establish service network for product installation & commissioning.
    - Proposal of competitive methods with competing vendors and their distributors
    - Develop new markets and investigate demand for new products
    - Assistant to administrative procedures related to office management
    - Plus, any other requirements as directly by manager.

    <Must>
    - English: Intermediate levels
    - 2~5 years of experience in BtoB sales engineer or BtoB sales in a manufacturing, engineering, or precision equipment industry (Japanese company is the best)

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese: N3 Advanced or above
    - Knowledge of government projects and the bidding process
