  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to join a growing organization within the manufacturing and service-related industry in Vietnam. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting daily accounting operations.
  
  The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of accounting tasks, including financial tracking, payroll processing, and social insurance administration. This role requires a solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, hands-on experience with accounting software (especially MISA), and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  -Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
  -Handle income and expenditure tracking and reporting
  -Process payroll, including salary calculations and related documentation
  -Manage social insurance, health insurance, and other statutory contributions
  -Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with local regulations
  -Utilize MISA accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting
  -Prepare financial reports as required by management
  -Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation
  -Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial activities
  -Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
  -Follow other tasks at the request of the Japanese manager
