  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  - Lead, manage, and mentor sales and operations teams to ensure high performance
  - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  - Oversee daily logistics operations including air, sea, and land transportation
  - Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations for service delivery
  - Monitor and improve operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality
  - Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
  - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to drive improvements
  - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
  - Handle escalations and resolve complex customer or operational issues
  - Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business expansion
