    【Job Summary】
    The Senior Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging the technical gap between US-based group companies and local Vietnamese suppliers. This position requires a high level of technical oversight in mechanical machining and the strategic development of Factory Automation (FA) solutions. The successful candidate will not only manage current production quality and delivery but also spearhead R&D initiatives and technical feasibility studies for high-value automation projects, ensuring the company's competitive edge in the regional market.

    【Main responsibilities】
    -Manage and monitor suppliers for existing machined parts business to ensure project timelines.
    -Control delivery schedules and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) at supplier sites.
    -Coordinate technical requirements between US group entities and local subcontractors.
    -Identify and audit new manufacturing partners for potential business opportunities.
    -Finalize technical specifications and quality standards for new product outsourcing.
    -Provide expert technical support to the sales team regarding FA project inquiries.
    -Lead concept planning and specification reviews for customized automation equipment.
    -Validate design contents for FA projects to ensure technical feasibility and safety.
    -Conduct technical risk assessments for complex engineering projects.
    -Direct R&D activities, including prototype evaluation and technical validation of new designs.
    -Other related tasks.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's or Diploma degree in mechanical/mechatronics or equivalent experience.
    -At least 5 years of exprience as QC staff or working in Mechanical.
    -Able to read technical drawings, have basic knowledge of measuring instruments, and measuring methods.
    -English(Intermediate Level)
    -Willingness to travel frequently to supplier factories in Northern Vietnam.

    【Advantage】
    -Experience in creating or modifying drawings using CAD software.
    -Practical experience related to machined parts or mechanical drawings.
    -Experience in Factory Automation (FA), such as equipment design, setup, or commissioning.
    -Experience in technical negotiations with overseas offices or external suppliers.
