  - Customer service quality management and handling customer-related issues
  - Facility and equipment management to ensure safe and smooth operations
  - Compliance management in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal rules
  - On-site coordination and communication with government offices, police, infrastructure contractors, and neighboring stores
  - Liaison and coordination with headquarters and management team
