  【Job summary 】
  Seeking a CNC Machine Tool Application Engineer to provide technical expertise, application support, and process optimization for CNC machine tool customers.
  This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who enjoys hands-on machining, problem solving, and working closely with customers. You will act as a technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and service teams, ensuring that CNC machine tools are applied effectively to meet production goals such as higher accuracy, shorter cycle time, and improved overall equipment efficiency.
  
  The Application Engineer will be involved throughout the customer lifecycle from pre-sales technical support and feasibility studies to machine installation, process setup, training, and ongoing optimization. This position offers strong exposure to advanced CNC technology and the opportunity to grow alongside a newly developing business unit.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Application Support: Provide technical application support for CNC machine tools, including machining processes, tooling selection, cutting conditions, and cycle time optimization.
  -Pre-Sales Technical Assistance: Support the sales team with technical presentations, machining proposals, feasibility studies, and sample cutting demonstrations.
  -Process Development: Develop and optimize machining processes for customer parts to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets.
  -Machine Setup & Trials: Conduct machine setup, test cutting, and acceptance trials at customer sites or demonstration facilities.
  -Customer Training: Provide training on machine operation, CNC programming, and best practices for machining applications.
  -Troubleshooting: Analyze machining issues such as accuracy, surface finish, tool life, and vibration; propose and implement effective countermeasures.
  -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and headquarters technical teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  -Technical Documentation: Prepare application reports, machining data, and technical documentation to support internal teams and customers.
